I'd like to suggest to make the topic in main dir about proxy dumps (big unchecked proxy lists). For example named this 'Proxy Dumps' =)
I met such types in other forums, where people can list dumps of proxies.
I think it's interesting theme, because when your want proxy of certain country it would be better to check big (even unchecked dumps).
I make such dumps with some proxy finders progs and scripts, they take lists from all known proxy sites (most known about 15-20,not much but everybody know them)and put them in one list.
Another plus for dumps is that dead proxies sometimes work again after dying.

What do you think about this?

It sounds like an interesting idea. I personally have a list of 6000 urls that could be leeched for proxies. I would think providing a place to post proxy dumps would be fine, realistically I think they could be posted in the Transperant Proxy forum, with the proper indication in the title (ie Proxy Dump).
