I was thinking, Add a section like ranges that Shouldent be scanned. I doubt anyone wants to be sued for scanning a range that was illegial.

Interestingly enough, its not illegal to actually scan in any country I know of, so you really shouldnt have an issue. With the ammount of viruses out there which are constantly scanning IP ranges, even a heavy scanner is unlikely to be seen as unusual.
