They should not be allowed to look on here for proxy lists and such. It should be for registered members ONLY!

If you are here to get proxies, atleast post "Thanks" to those who have taken the time to scan the proxies, and such, and have the decency to post them.

As discussed in numerous other threads, this shall not be done. Guests should have the rights to browser and post on any thread they choose. I would prefer equality amond posters rather than forcing them to do things they dont want to do.
