Thanks for this great contribution. I'm sure plenty of people will use this especially if they dont already have something to filter their proxies with like Charon

even if you do use charon it's still good to run your good list through that link just to make sure you've got out all the codeens and military.

Yes, vivalabob that is a good site, but the Planetlab/CoDeen list maintained in our Proxy Tools section is more up-to-date than the one at ipmaster. In fact, I personally update their list from time to time.

Planetlab/CoDeeN Filter/Exclusion List

Charon's gov&military.ini filter file is also adequate to eliminate any of those if configured properly and ipmaster has nothing better to offer.

Once again I question your timeliness since this thread was started nearly 15 months ago and the last comment before yours was posted over 6 months ago.

Heck I didn't know you were involved in ipmaster Lorissa. But a couple of days ago I checked my proxies there after checking them in Charon. I got 1 "unwanted" proxy which I added to my exclusion list:
198.136.32.82:80

However you are right in saying that the list here is more complete. You pointed out to me that my lists contained certain proxies that were included in the exclusion list here. Well ipmaster never excluded those proxies.

I would imagine there are a great many things you don't know about me.

"Involved" is a bit strong. I said I update their P/C list from time to time. They are grateful as a pig in poke, but of course never offer any credit. That's okay with me I guess, I never expected to be thanked when I posted proxy lists either or any of the things I've done in the community for years.

By the way, here's some info on the proxy you mentioned:

Martin County Board of County Commissioners
City: Stuart
State: Florida
Country: US

Netrange: 198.136.32.0 - 198.136.41.255

You might want to exclude the entire netrange
