How do you go about saving the non anons and removing the bad proxies?

Right-click anywhere within the proxy listing area of the program. Then put your cursor over the words save and delete. Your questions should now be answered.

i know that much but when you go to delete it deletes the trans proxies or if you go to save you have to save all proxies even the bad ones i was just wondering if there was any way of just saving the trans?

Highlight the proxies you want within the list or delete everything except what you want and "select all", then right-click anywhere within the proxy listing area of the program. Put your cursor over the word Save and then Save Select IP:Port.

Feel free to read and experiment a bit with the program vivalabob, it will amaze you on how much you can learn without having to be spoonfed.
