checks a list of proxies with ports for IRC compatability. Supports proxy lists with any character seperating the proxy and the port. Has options to change servers to check with, etc.. Soon to come, kline checks and quicker checking.

well not sure cuz I used this for gamesurge irc, i tested and gave me 0 working proxies. But the weird thing is that when i manually test the proxies they work.=/
