Dear brother , how can I use this beautiful program to get proxies from IP ranges which are firewalled as this one:
141.211.0.0 - 141.211.255.255

For the proxy to be of any use to the outside world, a port must be open in the firewall. You just need to scan on the right port for the proxy. If no port has been opened on the firewall for the proxy, then it wont be any use to anyone except those behind the firewall....
