For those of you who are interested, I've written an online tool to dynamically generate VBScripts to change IE's proxy server. I wrote it to be used as a really user-friendly method of getting around my school's censoriship methods (which use a filtering proxy).

Once I get the RSS and TXT feed exporter done and sent to Insomniac (and he impliments it), the script will auto-update its proxy list every week from the newest list from the transparent proxy forum.
