Default Charon v0.6 Settings for IRC Proxy Scanning.

Dear List,
Can Anyone please describe the process of scanning anonymous/transparent IRC proxies using Charon v0.6. It needs to save those in a text file and use an mIRC script to gline them on daily basis with 48 hours timer. Noted that, it will scan a range of IP's for proxies not a preloaded list. (leeching webpages could be another way to obtain proxies easily but still im not sure how to do it)
I couldnt managed to do it (I did the mIRC scripting part but Charon is still a challenge for me), so here I am asking for help. Please include all the necessary settings if possible cause im new in charon.
Regards All

Let me see if I understand this correctly, you wan't to use tools created for abusing proxies to block proxies from your IRC network? I doubt anyone here is willing to help you disallow people from using Proxies without some incentive...

It goes both way isnt it? You protect your network and try messing up with others.
ok, Let me rephrase my question. I need irc proxies(anno/transparent/socks/others). It would be great to know the settings for scanning and finding them out.
