thecric.free.fr judge (which is now DEAD) comes as default for Proxyfire and FPL & EPS' Bleach. It is part of the reason why these three programs indicate transparent proxies as anonymous. So, if anonymity is your goal, do not use these programs for testing proxies and do not use the above judges in any proxy testing analysis.
