hello all do you know a software that will automatically recognize a proxy even if we dont check it through the internet?

i tried surfnow pro but i dont like it, any recomendations?

Are you refering to recognizing the country of the Proxy or what?

If the proxy list is loaded to this prog he will automatically recognize what countries these proxies are

I am not sure about standalone unfortunately. The issue is the databases are always regularly updating for that kinda thing.
