Does anybody know a program were i enter a proxy and if it is codeen it will clean it/filer it?

You can enter your proxy list on the following site and tick the appropriate box to filter CoDeeN/Plantlab proxies:

You can use Charon, AATools, ProxyChecker by HellLabs to filter them. People here and on other sites have gone to great lengths to provide information for these filter files. Most of this information is incorrect, contains tremendous duplication and overkill, but all will work to some degree. As you gain expertise, you will more fully understand what I am saying.
