how i can see if my list of proxy is banned from a server?

i must have a list that is not banned from this server edit.in.yahoo.com

anyone can help me?

In Charon connect option put that url into the test against area.

Yahoo generally doesnt ban Proxies, it just doesnt like Proxies which arent SSL. Try the list on the main page and you should have much more success.
