They generally arent seperated out as in most cases they arent really necessary. If you would like high anon though you can go to the main page and select Level 1 and Level 2. Both contain Elite Proxies.

Thanks. I always thought it was important otherwise the web logs note that it's coming from a proxy server, which repeated over and over with different IP's is a clue that its not the real location of the user.

Am I wrong on this?

Well it all depends on the situation you are using the Proxy in. Quite often a Level 3 wont be identified by a Server, only a shameful Level 4 or 5 will. What situation are you mainly using Proxies in?

I thought I would just add, my own home connection identifies at a Level 3 Proxy under a direct connect, and it has never been blocked by any service.

I use it for various top_sites to auto-vote. Pretty innocent right? I just don't want the top sites to see any trace of a proxy server in their logs.

Then it is more just a case of spacing the requests. In my own experiences most Top Sites dont detect Proxies, and those that do rarely notice one fake per 2 minutes. So it is rarely an issue. Just randomize the User Agent, if you can randomize the referrer page, and space the requests out and you shouldnt have a problem.

Hrm. I will need to figure out how to do the agents. As for referrer, its a vote button a specific site, so its them always??

I have been using a java program using webrenderer to read in a proxy file. Do you know of a better way/product then webrenderer?

I still no way to break the captura systems. (bitmap image with random letters/numbers usually overlayed on top of some random patterns)

ta,

Well those pages also require you to fake the variables associated with the POST request it makes. This can make some situations a little harder, and yes, you should still fake the path to the button aswell to make it more authentic. So basically three requests per fake.

I cant say I am familiar with Webrenderer, so I cant comment on that one.

The images are quite a dificult one. They 'are' possible, but require alot of coding to do. I have helped in the creation of a few fakers for these systems, and I can garauntee to you that its alot more effort than it is worth.

Quite often Toplists arent the best source for traffic. Infact they can be the worst place to get it. Although there are a small number of good toplists out there, you still endup giving away a large ammount of your traffic to sites which may be better than your own. I personally use small and cheap ads on diferent sites. They normally cost me around $5/month and get me around 700 visitors which most of endup returning atleast once.

As always it is very situation specific.
