Those who have installed sp2 and are installing updates, there was a new security update to sp2 that was issued 4.13.05 I think. Anyway, the update reverses the effect of your previous patch. You will likely need the new patch. You will find that sp2 once again limits your partial open connections to 10. The Patch will resent it to 50. It is found at the same site that Insomniac posted in a previous thread but the patch is brand new. So that you don't have to go ferrreting through old threads here is the link again.
