One of a site has shown that my port is open is this possible? If so how does it possible to keep it close?

Can a port be hijacked? Is so what is the harm?

Yes Hacked can gain control over ur pc via open port if u dont have firewalls or something which can define rules for incoming n out going conections \

It depends on you if u r harmed when ur pc is hacked or not

Proxy has nothing to do with hacking n port scanning
