i was here meny time for the proxi here

ops: now i want help too and i need to know how i can search some spectrum

all the proxy what you give in the this forum they are have a very high ping and this not good for me...
i hope someone will ansswer to my bad quwstion

You need to get yourself a Proxy Hunter so you can scan for Proxies. I cannot really recommend any as they are all pretty crap and I use my own custom software.

I really do not have the time to take someone step by step through this process. There should be a tutorial around for either of those programs.

There are most definitely tutorials out there ... try google with "program + tutorial" obviously changing the word program to which ever one you are looking... the results are indeed plentyful as I just queried.
