i have a properly setup charon and ive tryed so many times with so many lists but cant seem to find any anon

The most common cause, assuming you are testing with valid proxies, is an incorrectly setup proxy judge.

all my judges pinged.
could it be my isp
or maybe firewall or router issues? my firewall is off and still no luck

Ping isn't as relevant as actually testing the judge.
You say they all "pinged". How many have you selected to be active and used in the program, and have you considered using one good one?

To answer a couple of questions down the line, no, the judges in the bottom (available) box aren't used. Transfer them to the top (selected) one.

Not interested in MSN communication. This is a proxy forum site, we are here to assist ALL not an individual. Your problem is mostly likely not unique and therefore the information exchanged here will undoubtedly benefit others.

Please provide your complete configuration for Charon and what proxyjudge(s) you are using.

What is your operating system?

Have you run the half open connections patch? If yes, what is your current setting for this? When was the last time you checked it?

I only offered to use msn as it can be a rather convenient way to communicate.

I do not feel the need to share my judges i am positive they are all of working status. if you NEED to know or it is to my benefit i will gladly pm you my judge list

And yes i did i am not sure if it was but almost positive if it was the correct one, i chose the XP download
It opens a msconfig window and i had to type Y. and then Y. and that this is not an approved/Known Microsoft program balh blah blah... change to 50... Yes

as for my Charon config here is a SS i just took
although the "check validity of proxyjudge" should be checked.

If you want to use external judges, tick the box to use external judges.
As it stands - you've selected to use the internal judge (loopback connection to your own pc) so it doesn't matter how many external judges you add.

You were so sure that your Charon has been configured properly, yet I have been around too long to know that you didn't have a clue. You have selected to use the internal judge. And, it obviously isn't working for you (as it doesn't work for many, many others.

Switch to external judge and then select one (1) azenv judge that is fast and reliable. Your problem should be solved.

I know why you suggested MSN for communication and I explained to you why it wasn't appropriate for me.
