Ok, the key column here is anon. If the proxies were anonymous it would say yes in that column as well as give a point score in the score column.
You have obviously also configured Charon to test these proxies as socks. They aren't, but according to your sceenshot, Charon thinks at least some of them are socks4 and gives them a score of 100 (although this cannot be viewed, I know it to be the case). This is totally incorrect. The proxies are dead and unusable.
This does point out something interesting and the reason I do not use Charon to test socks proxies. It cannot be relied upon and more often than not gives out false positive results.
