Default My administrator already uses a proxy address, how do i bypass this?

Hello
my administrator uses a proxy in the settings to allow connections to the internet.
Direct connection to the internet or auto-detect proxy settings does not work.
I believe this is a local as opposed to internet proxy: 10.150.67.200:8080
typing in another proxy address does not work!

is it possible to set up my browser (ie or firefox) to look through two proxys as it were?
