I'm trying to figure out if particular IPs (not ranges really) from a list I got are available for use as Socks proxies. Generally I'd just check for 1080 of course, but since there are so many new IPs with weird ports like 11011 and all it seems like I should cast a bigger net.

Is there a list of "common" uncommon ports or something that I can manually add to my scanners? Any scanners that won't cough up blood checking for "any open socks ports" on a list of 2,000 IPs?
