is there a way i can hide from my isp?
i mean my isp may not know what i am doing on internet as findnot says their connection is encrypted but i dont trust findnot coz they keep log although they say they dont.
is there any software which ll encrpt my connection and then i am able to use socks to change my ip? and this software send my encrpted data via that sock.

what exactly can an isp track? its obvious they can look at your websites visited, but can they tell if you are downloading files like torrents and other p2p related stuff?

You cannot hide from your ISP, because common sense should tell you that you must connect to the internet through them. You can most likely hide what you are doing from your ISP by tunneling. But remember that the harder you make it to track you down, the slower you will be able to navigate the net.

If your intention with all of this is to do something illegal, please keep in mind that there is always someone who knows (or at least could know) what you are doing. You can be traced ... should they wish to do so and have the financial means necessary.

Most people are simply too paranoid about anonymity.
