why the proxy http lists changed every day ?

They change because proxies die quite regularly, infact i normally have 2 or 3 per hour die. A non changing list would be pointless and full of useless proxies.

but why proxy die ?? it's not proxy server .??..
proxy is software if is die a proxy soft is del from this server .. is true .. thx for your answer..

The proxy could be on a dynamic ip, the system admin could realise he setup his proxy server wrong, etc... There are many diferent reasons.
