Heads Up - Proxies to be avoided

You should put the following proxies in your "blacklist" as they constantly float in and out of being anonymous and transparent.

121.10.119.10:80
202.216.177.14:3128
82.96.56.18:80

The following proxies cannot be used, yet test anonymous. You should add them to your exclusion list (for Charon that would be one of your working "ini" files.
