That tutorial seems pretty straight forward and easy to understand, so perhaps you need to be more specific (and very clear) as to what it IS that doesn't work for you.

thank you for your reply;
yes it is very straight forward, but it won't work,
simply when I load the a page and wait, and test the ip address every minute or 20 minutes it still shows same ip address,

I have tested it couple of times, the only difference is the tutorial shows the test on older version of FF, I am not sure is that makes it different or not.

It's always a good idea to include pertinent information regarding your problems when you first post your questions. Duh, it saves people time and effort. We are not Firefox or ProxySwitcher customer service!

Older version? It's hard to understand what you mean by this since you also did not include the versions of Firefox and ProxySwitcher Pro you are using ... data that is again always helpful to solving problems. Providing your current operating system is additionally sometimes helpful information.

Firefox has a support forum:
Code:
http://forums.mozillazine.org/index.php
If you have purchased ProxySwitcher Pro (instead of using a cracked version which many times do not work properly), the easiest place to obtain help would be through their support system:

Code:
http://www.proxyswitcher.com/support.html
If the version of PSP will work with the version of Firefox you are using, and you have it properly configured (highly questionable) ... then my initial guess would be that your ISP does not allow usage of port 3128.

FoxyProxy v2.5.3 is a free addon for Firefox you might want to try:
