Okay, lets resolve this issue for you.
First of all what version of AATools are you using and is it registered (meaning did you purchase it) or is it a cracked copy? I ask because cracked copies have a tendency to have various flaws within them that can't always be overcome.
Within the Proxy Analyzer module, please go to Settings (click on the hammer & wrench icon). This should put you under the General tab, if not select General.
Please determine if your real IP Address is being shown in the Your IP Address box. If it isn't, try clicking on Detect IP. If nothing happens enter your real IP Address.
Either way make sure you have ticked the Auto detect IP address at startup box.

Now lets make sure you truly know how to test and select the proxyjudges. To the right of the Settings icon is another icon which looks like a page of listings with a small box containing a green checkmark. Click on it to bring up the proxyjudge page. Within the listing area, right click with your mouse and select test all. The judges that are good (functional) will have "green checkmarks" to the left hand side. The bad ones will have a "red x" instead. At this point I generally delete the bad ones and make a selection. You can use one, all or just a few ... whatever your pleasure. Click "OK".

Now load your list and test away. To start with, load a recently tested list of anonymous only proxies. Let me know if you have further problems.
