Downloaded proxy hunter and i think i got my head around how it works and what settings to use. Did'nt have to hit my forehead to many times!

Next question is concerning IP ranges did some digging about on google and some i tried to post the link here but it won't work directs you to another site so deleted it. How do you decide what ranges to scan or do you just select them at random or is there some sort of logic to it?

I personally just collect IP ranges of ISP's from the same general area I live around. That way they are normally fast and have a nice ping.

Ok set up Proxy Hunter last night and left it running until this morning.

did'nt select a massive range and it found these

However when i run them through Charon not one comes back as good.

So what if anything did i do wrong?

Nah, it could mean two things. Either Proxy Hunter gave you a false positive (this is quite normal) or the Proxy is on a dynamic IP (also quite normal).
