HTTPS Checks Added To List

To keep everyone happy, I have added the GET HTTPS filter to the list. This is for proxies which allows the following style of request:

http://www.digitalcybersoft.com/ProxyList/?HTTP1.0

Basically HTTPS requests without using CONNECT. I shall also be adding the relevant checks for CONNECT in the very short future.
