Perhaps it is time that we offer some guidelines of what we expect of those who post proxy lists here. Our regular posters, for the most part, already know what they are, so this is offered more for those of you who don't.

They are as follows:

1). We expect all proxies posted here to have been tested shortly (meaning within minutes) before posting them here.

2). We expect all non-working proxies to have been removed from your list before posting.

3). We expect all proxies contained in your list to conform to the category and description for the section you are posting in. Meaning, if it's an anonymous section, then all proxies in your list are to be anonymous at the time of your posting.

3). We expect all proxy lists posted here to be free of all duplication. That would include proxy lists posted by the same poster on the same day, whether the "list" be broken into several parts or posted as separately.

4). We expect you to post all Planetlab/CoDeeN proxies in the section now provided for them.
