Does anyone know how to connect to anoth ip address???

That is a generic question if I ever saw one. You are connecting to diferent IP addresses continuously while on the net. You really need to be far more specific.

If your computer is vulnerable to something nasty yes, if you have a service running which allows it such as ftp then yes. Otherwise no.

He finds something on your computer that will "listen" to him give orders, and tells it to do something you don't want it to do.

The way to avoid that kind of shyte is to disconnect your internet, and reconnect to a different IP address. From then on, always use an anonymous proxy; and no matter what he tries, he won't be able to find *your* ip address.

PS: never broadcast that you are using a certain security protocol to anyone. Let the meanies find out the hard way.
