hi im looking for proxy but i dont know what cind i need
I have been blocked from ebay and i need to use proxy or get new provider.

they have a system that finds blocked ips...

i need something that i can log in to ebay .. where can i find proxy like that. Do i need elite proxy??? but i dont want the proxy that changes ips all the time.
please help

You need a CONNECT/SSL proxy.
