Default High Anonymity, transparent, anon. - Whats the difference?

I saw a website that had free proxies and their were 3 times "High Anonymity..... Transparent... and Anonymous"

What are the differences between the 3?

What is the best one to use to protect privacy??

Will all 3 protect privacy?

Thanks!!

Just to simplify this for you. High Anonymity and Anonymous are basically the same. Transparent is not anonymous. All three protect your privacy to a certain degree, but ofcourse the preference is to be anonymous.
