Default regarding codeen and filtered list section

what is the standard dcs policy on posting filtered lists? what are they filtered for? the reason i ask is bcz i find an awful lot of codeen and planet lab proxies in those lists.

dont get me wrong, i appreciate them anyway, and they have a place in proxy-dom, however, for most of us, the terms and conditions of using the codeen proxies are the very things we wish to avoid by using proxies.

if i wanted to have my internet activity logged and used against me in a court of law, ill stick to my isp's proxy, its faster than codeen.

for those of you who are looking at my post with a blank stare, look at hte warning message that appears when you connect using a codeen proxy. then remember that 'abuse' is a far reaching and undefined term.

what are your thoughts? i had assumed many of us were already filtering out these ranges in charon. the odd ones that slip thru the cracks, and are super fast, i use in chains, but i could do without them.

The filtered list section is mainly about coming Gateways from the list, however it is suggested the CoDeen are removed aswell. It really depends who's list you look at.
