Default Help with some Proxy Use - Experts Please

I live in California and currently there are so many sites that are blocked it is rediculous.

I heard that if you can some get a proxy, you can use it unblock these sites and surf the web Anonymous. That is my goal, so I tried to method on this site to use the Google Toolbar with Firefox. It all seemed clear till I had to open the box were a file in the format 'IP:Port'. I am stuck, since I have never done this and need some help please! Here is what the box looks like (it is not my box, just a picture on the internet)

I have a Windows XP Comupter and I believe it is a 2000 Edition. Any help would be greaty appreciated. Thank you so much,

-Christian

Honestly, I don't know why people get so confused by this. The list format is like this:

201.245.28.74:8080
194.165.130.93:80
202.29.20.152:8080
202.29.20.151:8080
218.126.98.124:8080
63.75.183.194:80
200.129.168.1:8080
165.229.205.91:8080
80.58.205.61:80
211.50.32.190:8080
202.146.67.238:8080
202.194.210.9:3128
210.21.75.114:8080
218.11.207.244:80
80.249.72.180:80

List's like this are available all over the net. Just dump it in a text file.

Default Help with some Proxy Use - Experts Please

I'm no expert but I think what Cyberdragon15 refered to is the Firefox switchproxy toolbar. The moment you click "add", you get the page as mentioned.
1. Get from forum a list of proxies, save in a file.(e.g p1)
2. Click "add" in the toolbar
3. Select"anonymous"
4.Type any name in "proxy label"
5.Click "browse" find the file p1.
6. Click "load"
7. Fill in time in seconds.(max 9999)
8. Click "save"
9. You can now start using Proxies by selecting p1 in the box Proxy.
Hope you get it.
