Hi people, is there anywhere on the forums that can give newbies a foothold in learning,i'm on talktalk b/band 1 meg download going anywhere upto 8 and the isp is blocking me, from what i've learned using a proxy server is the only way around the problem, but i need to learn the system, so if anyone can point me in the right direction i;d be gratefull.I'm in the U K
