I'm using an Elite proxy, can't say I know much about them, I thought they were also know as Squid by the ports 3127,3128, etc...

When I surf and check it, the IP and address is constantly changing, what's with that?

Also this proxy is from CoDeeN CDN Network, is that bad to use?

Look at the top of this page. See that little box entitled Quick Search in the upper right hand corner?

Type Planetlab/CoDeeN in that box and click on the Go button.

Now please read every message that is presented until you have a basic understanding of what Planetlab/CoDeeN proxies are and what you can and can't do with them.
