Correct, but the best proxy analzying software available today does this automatically. (If anyone needs specifics I'll be happy to provide them).
Although I'm certainly not advocating the inclusion of hostnames in posted lists, doing so isn't necessarily a bad thing. It does, for example, allow for visual inspection of a list which might consist of mainly Planetlab/CoDeen proxies (like so many people enjoy posting ...
