More info needed, i.e., what does, "when I run Charon" mean exactly? How do you have the Connect Options configured?

If you just started using Charon again (meaning just installed again), the default proxyjudge setting for version 0.6 is to use an internal judge. Many, perhaps even most, cannot use the internal judge for one reason or another . Therefore, change this to the external judge. Then delete all of the judges that came with Charon (most, if not, all are dead), go to our Proxy Tools section and copy all the AZenv judges into the program, test them and select the fastest.

If this doesn't solve your problem you are going to have to be more explicit and offer more information.
