What is does is extracts proxies from webpages which are sometimes slightly dificult to grab from. To use it get the URL of a proxy list such as www.site.com/proxy_list/list.html and chuck it into the form, then click Leech!

What the script will do is grab every proxy on the page, convert all the hostnames to IP's, and return the results in a nice clipboard friendly page to do what you want with them.
