Sure, it's pretty simple really. This proxyjudge is quite popular as it is recommended by the author of Proxyfire, as well as used by default for Bleech, the proxy checking module of EPS & FPL, and as a result thousands of proxy list testers use it as their primary judge when checking lists with other proxy analyzing software.

When proxyjudges get overloaded, they begin to spit out erroneous data ... indicating, for example, that transparent proxies are anonymous ... that's a false positive!

You can't determine if a proxyjudge is doing a good job simply by "looks" proxyposter, you must spend the time testing the lists of anonymous proxies it provides with other judges and comparing the results. Then where there are discrepancies, you must test those proxies manually in your browser against a site like whatsmyip.org (for example).
