Most educational proxies hostnames include ".edu", and the original Charon educational.ini excludes hostnames that include .edu.
Hostnames that include ".k12" (indicating a United States school or school district, grades kindergarten through 12th) can simply be eliminated by adding .k12 to the original educational.ini file.

I see your point Lorissa, and thanks for your reply.
The only reason i did all that work, is because i only filter with Charon. I don't test with Charon. Your right, the original educational filter that comes with Charon would get most of them if you resolve the proxies. I don't resolve them. I only see the IP's.
