The problem with adding unnecessary filter ini files (and line duplication) to Charon is that it slows down the testing process.
Most of the educational proxies and ranges you've included in your twiz_filter, would already be excluded from testing if you're using the original "educational.ini" file.
Most educational proxies hostnames include ".edu", and the original Charon educational.ini excludes hostnames that include
.edu.
Hostnames that include ".k12" (indicating a United States school or school district, grades kindergarten through 12th) can simply be eliminated by adding
.k12 to the original educational.ini file.
Less is more!
