Thanks for the quick respound. I remember back in the day, maybe a year ago, i scanned a FBI range and got into sum shit.. Im using proxyrama and i have found some ranges that are dangerous..

128.84.154.49-128.84.154.49 host name contains .EDU
128.84.0.0-128.84.255.255 cornell university
216.165.109.81-216.165.109.81 host name contains .EDU
216.165.0.0-216.165.127.255 new york university
129.10.120.111-129.10.120.111 host name contains .EDU
129.10.0.0-129.10.255.255 northeastern university

So i was thinking maybe so people don't get into deep shit by scanning FBI ect ranges, We would post ranges not to scan. I was also thinking maybe a section of ranges to scan.
