Someone is leeching my list and putting it on

I'm happy to see they are giving me credit, but i don't want my lists anywhere else but here. I spend all this time finding/testing proxies for this community and then i find my list somewhere else. I only post here(exclusively).

Even though i don't have a problem with that site above, my lists are filtered to my liking and posted in the filtered forum.
