Default ALERT: WinXP + SP2 Users
The most recent updates for WinXP + SP 2 users (once again) changes the TCPIP.SYS back to default settings. This means that the number of half-open connections has been reset to the default of 10 for WinXP + SP2 systems.

Therefore, proxy testers and multithread program users will need to rerun the patch provided by lvllord. It can be download at:
